1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the tiles must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process any returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order tiles are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Clearance or sale items cannot be returned.
- Damaged or broken tiles not reported within 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@tradenest-pte-ltd.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items to our warehouse.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
4. Inspection and Approval
- Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- We will notify you of the status of your return after the inspection is completed.
5. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items
